dome tours hajj 2009 assalamu alaikum, i certify that i made hajj with Dome Tours, I did not want to tick the second box, because I do feel affiliated/related to the tour people, the lifetime experience of a muslim is hajj and the feeling I have towards Dome tours, is like one has with his/her family! My wife says she felt a bond with Sr. Batool, from the seminar right through to the end.
Our whole group, the staff and all the people who attended were just so kind and helpful, it was a breeze, it was made easy, i'm 31 and my advice is go at a young age!!!

on Tuesday, 22/12/09, I invited Br Naeem and Br Abderahman out for a meal, to which they obliged and to which I am honoured, the reason I am writing this is to state that this is the kind of people we are blessed with in this tour group, brothers who put others first, subhanallah, their imaan levels are something else! they also organised for 3-4 people to attend from the UAE!!
NO COMPLAINTS, WHATSOEVER, about the hotels, the transport, the food, the staff, sorry to go on but, please try and understand, that the group and hajj itself has given me such euphoria, i am excited while rating this amazing company.
as you can see from previous brothers/sisters, dome tours is like an ideal family, all the staff, the shiekhs , zakariya, monawar,abid respectively (sheikh naeem) were available, for not only advise but their physical presence gave such satisfaction.
as for hajj ratings, this was my first hajj, and ALL my family, friends in the near future will be using them and no one else! if there was 50 stars, i would put 51 to rate them!
inshallah, if allah wills I'm going with them for umrah in 2010 !!

The best journey one can take - made easier by the assistance of Dome Tours Dome Tours was, naturally recommended to me by friends and colleagues from the East London Mosque. I was told that as its my 1st Hajj that I should pay the extra premium and go with Dome. I now know why! Dome had everything covered. They definitely helped make Hajj easy.Infact, I got back from hajj telling everyone that it was probably too luxoriuus and that Hajj is far more easier these days than it was when my grandad did it more than 30 yrs ago.
aH excellent company with very dedicated employees. Very communicative throughout the booking process. Once on Hajj, everything was organised; leaving us to concentrate on our ibaadah. Subhanallah...Highly recommended Me and my wife Shahnaz performed hajj with dome tours due to recommendation of my brother in law (Shahan). He couldn’t praise them enough hence the reason we booked our hajj without comparing their package with any other companies.
Alhumdulillah they delivered what they promised and manage to exceed our expectation. The Hajj reminders and lectures in different languages, different Shayukhs were really useful. The group were organised from the beginning and always top of things. They worked extremely hard to make the journey easy for every one.

Dome Tours exceeded my expectations completely! All the organizers treated us as if we were their own family and I cannot even begin to list the many ways in which they took care of us! MashaAllah this company really makes your hajj a truly amazing and memorable experience and I can guarantee they will try their best not to let you down. The organizers spent day and night ensuring all the pilgrims travelling were looked after; our hotels were very comfortable, the food was mashaAllah very good, the level of organization is superb. They took care of everything you can possibly think of, so that none of our time was spent on doing anything else apart from ibadah! Most importantly, for myself and my parents, they held regular reminders to keep us spiritually uplifted and to reiterate the reasons for us being there. Alhumdulillah they are also very funny so they keep you entertained throughout the journey as well. From the days leading up to hajj, until even after our arrival back to London, they sincerely looked after us....I cannot sing enough praises about Dome Tours! Alhumdulillah the group is a mixture of different backgrounds so cultural barriers are broken and the bonds made between all of the hujjaj travelling is strengthened even more. Dome Tours also invite different Shayukh to travel with the group, some Arabic speaking, some English and Urdu. This was my first time ever performing hajj with my parents and I have not got a single complaint about Dome Tours, and neither do my parents. I highly recommend this group to you all! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!
My first Hajj, far better than my expectations Excellent service, excellent facilities, superb folks to go to Hajj with. Delivered more than they had promised. They stayed on top of everything and I had only to concentrate on the reason I had gone there, Hajj.
This is not a typical tour company, it's a family I didn't feel I was with a tour company, from heathrow to Makkah, Medina and back to heathrow I constantly felt I was with my own family. Dome Tours %101 throught . I think I really had a bargain, I wonder how on earth they are making profit... I guess it's the barraka, may Allah reward them all... Abderahmane, Naim, Khaled, abou hassen, battoul... and everyone that i forgot the names...
definitely will recommend them, and Inchallah I will be using them again and again ....
This is an excellent group This group consistently delivered more than they promised throughout the trip. By dealing with all the mundane issues of transport, food and accommodation, they allowed the group members to have plenty of time for their rituals of Umrah and Hajj and extra ibadah. They also provided a number of talks and short reminders throughout the trip to keep everyone fully focussed. They all performed hajj too and therefore shared everything alongside us. I've not witnessed that level of organisation, hard work and dedication from a team before.

although there are cheaper hajj companies around but you will certainly get much more than the little extra that you will pay

excellent company - always try to help Subhanillah Dome Tours were well organised from start to finiah. The pre-hajj meeting was excellent especially for brothers and sisters who need detail guidance. Whilst on Hajj, there are a no.of seminars to give guidance and advice. There is help for both bothers and sisters. They also try to help.
I would recommend this company to all muslims. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED- excellent value.
