Hajj
We went to Hajj last year with Al Manasik, it was our first time and sure enough we were nervous how things were going to turn out but starting from SFO and back we just had a wonderful wonderful experience. Our hotels in Makkah were right in front of Haram, I could see the courtyard from my room (Hilton Towers), Madinah hotel was just few blocks away from Prophets mosque. I think Al Manasik did a great job in Mina, Arafah & Muzdalifah and in general which includes transportation and meals.
After returning, I spoke to people who spent about $1000 more (with Al Madinah Group) then we did, and they traveled to Madinah by bus both ways, atleast we traveled to Madinah by air.
My purpose on this trip was to get close to Allah (swt) and not worry about food, because we worry about food everyday of our lives and it does not mean that food was not provided by the group or they didn’t take care of us.
All I have to say, this is the best group to go with and highly recommended.

Given that Hajj itself is a hardship, and patience is part of the worship. I found Almanasik group to be highly accommodating, trying their best to ease hardships for us and accommodate our needs. There are many factors that are out of their control, but for whatever was in their control I felt a sincere effort on Almanasik part to help their Hajjies. Almanasik was recommended to me, and I would definitely recommend them to others, and if had the chance will use them my self again. |

Asalamualaikum,
They use dirty hotels and far away hotels, they use apartment buildings that are far away from the haram, they are sweet talkers. They make you wait hours in the lobby waiting for the bus. They put too many people in Mina and some people slept in the kitchen. They announced in Mina that our food is not here, go get yourselves food and that they will reimburse us for it. How old people are going to walk one and half hours each way to get food? They did not offer any tea or coffee in Mina. A family cooked food for them, I found a piece of hair in the food. You had to walk one and half hours to Jumarat. They could have used closer tents. It is all about making money for them, that's all. |

I heard a lot of bad stories about what happens during Hajj but alhamdulillah Almanasik made life much easier and with as little issues as possible. I recommend Almanasik to anyone who wants to go to Hajj |

A very honest, dedicated crew. Some poeple don't like their honesty. They are upfront and transparent. In 2007, Br. Farid could not come due to his personal reasons, hence there was some minor confusion. However, me and my wife were more than satified. After all they did all they humanly could do. No one is an angel. We are just human beings.

Congratulations on successful completion of the 2007 Hajj groups management. We are extremely grateful to you both & all members of Almanasik management in US or on SA who organized the Hajj program & who were with us there during the Hajj Days Like Nader , Mostafa , Khalil , Jwan , & all the Sisters. We find your management very competent as far as fulfilling the promises. We think that the service & organization of Program 1 .
The wide variety & huge quantities of healthy food & beverages supply through out the trip kept the Hajji's well nourished to perform the rituals energetically. Good management of Alamansik's privately owned buses from the Almanasik residential building & even from Mina made it possible for the Hajji's to perform daily prayers In Haram & to perform Tawaf-e-Ziarah on time
Compared with other people In Arafat & Mudalifah also we were very comfortable as were directed to fold & carry our sleeping mattresses in buses. On top of all things the presence of a well known & very learned scholar Sheikh Mohammad Alsharif (Madina University Scholar & Leader of Almaghrib organization) was the best thing that we were blessed with. We are thankful to him for providing such a good guidance on our first Hajj & accompanying us at least once on almost all rituals. We did not face any difficulty & were really surprised how it can be so smooth. May Allah Accept it & grant all of us forgiveness from our sins. It was a memorable trip for us.

My Hajj Experience
I am writing this to tell about my Hajj experience last year 2007 with Almanasik, this is my 2nd Hajj, and last year with Almanasik it made me forget about my 1st Hajj trip
Almanasik with brother Farid have provided us with a beautiful Hajj season
They have fulfilled there promises and more , yes we have had some short coming as usual in any Hajj , but it was not Almanasik fault , it was the system and traffic problem
The hotel stay, the food, and Almanasik staff were all excellent.

My First Hajj
This is my first Hajj; I was expecting it to be difficult based on what I have heard from
Other Brothers who went to Hajj in previous years. But this Hajj experience with Almanasik made me doubt what other people have said… it was a very good and easy journey … Almanasik staff provided us with the best services we can ever expected and more, the hotel stay was great, the food was excellent, the apartment was clean and comfortable, I cant complain about any think, we were the only Hajjes who felt the Eid.
Almanasik have decorated our tents and made us a nice celebration with all kind of fruits and deserts

Hajj Experiance
Last year 2007 I went with my husband to Hajj with Almanasik ( Br. Farid)
With Almanasik Hajj journey was very organized, there staff were very helpful
From airport to airport. Hotel stay, the food buffet for breakfast and dinner was unbeatable the apartment stay and medical services was excellent.
In the apartment Almanasik were very creative to satisfy us , they brought a Shawirma machine in addition to the other food .. I thought that was very impressive.

Assalamoalaikum,
I went to Hajj with Almanasik in 2007, and Alhamdolillah it was an amazing experience. They made sure we reached all of our destinations in time to perform the Arakan of Hajj. The location of our hotel in Makkah and Madina was excellent. The hotel in Makkah provided very good service, but I was not happy with the service at the Madina hotel. The rooms were very very cold. My husband and I both had the fever and the cold rooms made it very uncomfortable. The hotel staff was not very cooperative in regards to accomodating our specific needs. The food in both hotels was excellent. I had no problem with the accomodations in Mina other than the facy that they over crowded the camp. They either needed a bigger camp or need to register less people next time. I had no problems at Arafat and Muzdalifah Alhamdolillah. Transportation was always available from Mina to Makkah and from Makkah to Mina. There was no shortage of workers, food, beverages etc. We had access to learned scholars if there were any questions. The sister in chage of the sister's camp did a wonderful job. May Allah reward her for everything she did for us. I think her name was Umm Ahmad and she ALWAYS had a smile on her face. Overall brothers and sisters with AlManasik did a great job guiding us and taking care of us during hajj, but Inshallah they will improve on the few things which I have mentioned above.

Unorganized & Provide False Information
Organizers seem well-intentioned, but they did not follow through with what they are capable. Based on previous hajj experience, Al Manasik was unorganized in every way possible, told pilgrams incorrect information about hajj rites, (during hajj) announcments & important information was not given in an organized or timely manner. Pilgrams wasted time trying to figure out the liguistically information and redoing hajj rites when they should have been able to spend time in worship. OVERALL I would NOT recommend anyone to go with AlManasik. |

DONT GO WITH THEM ,RUN AWAY FROM THEM , LIERS...... BUNCH OF LIERS
STARTING WITH LANDING IN JEDDAH , PUT US UP WITH A WRONG GROUP NOT EVEN FROM U.S BUT FROM SOME EGYPTIAN BUS , NO ENGLISH AT ALL AND WHEN REACHED THEY SAID OUR PASSPORTS SUBMITTED IN WRONG OFFICE , AND WE WERE PUT WITH WRONG PEOPLE WHO DONT SPEAK ANY ENGLISH.VERY FRUSTATING, AFTER A LONG HAUL SOME HOW CALLED THE AL MANASIK PEOPLE FROM I.D CARD AND IN OFFICE NO ONE SPEAK IN ENGLISH, THEY PUT US ONLY ONE DAY IN GOOD HOTEL JUST TO MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER THE FIRST DAY, THEN U ARE SHOWN THEIR REAL NATURE... PUT U YOU IN CRAPPY HOTEL ....AWAY FROM HARAM , NO GOOD TRANSPORTATION FOR HARAM.
FOOD: JUST A DRY BREAD AND DRIED CHEESE FOR BREAKFAST EVERY DAY, SAME RICE AND GRAVY EVERY DAY, BANANA AND APPLES FOR BREAKFAST.
TRANSPORTATION: THEY HAD BUSES BUT THE DRIVERS DONT RIDE THEM AT TIME , THEY GIVE ALL SORTS OF REASONS FOR NOT PICKING UP , THE CAB WAS ASKING 50 RIYALS FOR EACH PERSON, WHEN WE COME BACK TO THE APARTMENTS THEY PROVIDED THE BUSES WERE STANDING THERE WITH DRIVERS SLEEPING.
SOME BROTHERS WERE SO OUTRAGEOUS THEY HAD A FIGHT WITH THESE PEOPLE AND THE POLICE CAME TO THE APARTMENTS TO SETTLE THE ISSUE, BECAUSE THEY WERE WAITING FOR THE BUS TO PICK UP FOR 4-5 HOURS WITH WOMEN AND CHILDEN AND STILL THE BUSES NEVER PICKED THEM .
ACCOMODATON: WAS WORST
ASK PEOPLE ABOUT THE STUPID PEOPLE WHO HAD THE ENTERTRAINMENTSHOW IN MINA TENTS. IT WAS RIDICULOUS. JUST LIKE MIDDLE SCHOOL PRIZE DISTRIBUTION.
PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH ALMANASIK.

The following are my notes and experience prforming Hajj (2007-2008 Hajj season) with Almanasik:
Accommodation and hotel services both in Madina and in Makkah were extremely poor, actually,
nonexistent, (there were absolutely no services at all in both hotels, you get a clean towel only
when you first get in, that's it, rooms were only cleaned when we were leaving and hotel staff is
getting them ready for new comers). I must say, one of the hotels served very good meals.
It should also be noted that the hotel in Makkah being very close to the Haram is very convenient.
Accommodation in Mina was adequate for most Hajjis, however, it seems Almanasik had more people
than could be accommodated in the space allocated to them in Mina. Almanasik team is applauded
for providing plenty of good food and on time in Mina, Arafat and Muzdalifa, drinks and water
were always available as well.
A couple of knowledgable scholars were among the group, delivered valuable lectures, and provided
guidance to hajjis, jazahum Allah Khair.
I realize organizing and providing transportation during Hajj is not a trivial matter, However,
I have to say that the transportation provided by Almanasik was not adequate, lots of pilgrims had to rely on
themselves to get to and from places, some of the issues were out of Almanasik's hands, but mostly
it could have been handled better. Again, thanks to Almanasik made sure no one was left behind
when moving from one place to the other.
Inshaa Allah Almanasik will work on making some improvements in the future. |

Me & my husband Naseem Jilani are extremely grateful to you both & all
members of Almanasik management who organized the Hajj program
& who were with us there during the Hajj Days. We find your management
very competent as far as fulfilling the promises. We think that the
service & organization of Program 2 which we had was beyond expectations
& was comparable to any big group like Dar el Salam. The
wide variety & huge quantities of healthy food & beverages supply through out the trip
kept the Hajji's well nourished to perform the rituals energetically. Good management
of Alamansik's privately owned buses from the Almanasik residential building & even from Mina
made it possible for the Hajji's to perform daily prayers In Haram & to perform
Tawaf-e-Ziarah on time (very peacefully on 11th just after midnight even before
other groups could make it). Hotels provided in the package as promised were
within the premises of Haram (2-3 minute walk) both in Mecca & Medina with amazing
variety of food in the buffet.
Even on 10th & 12th Dhul Hijjah & later we had a home in Mecca (The Residential
Units), to go there take showers rest & wait after Hajj rather than sitting on some airport
waiting for plane or buses. Compared with other people In Arafat & Mudalifah also we were very
comfortable as were directed to fold & carry our sleeping mattresses in buses.
All this comfort is not expected on Hajj days but was very helpful for us in making us
rest & do Ibadahs on time.
On top of all things the presence of a well known & very learned scholar
Sheikh Mohammad Alshareef (Madina University Scholar & Leader of Almaghrib organization) was the best thing
that we were blessed with. We are thankful to him for providing such a good
guidance on our first Hajj & accompanying us atleast once on almost all rituals.
This group made us perform all Hajj rituals according to the Sunnah & even waited
before going to Madina for those who could not do Tawaf-e-widah & made extra
trips for them to the Haram.
We did not face any difficulty & were really surprised how it can be so smooth.
May Allah Accept it & grant all of us forgiveness from our sins. It was a memorable
trip for us.
