Enjoyable Umrah Experience My wife and I recently went for Umrah and got brother Walid to arrange everything for us. He was very professional and the package he made for us was great value and whoever I told about this deal thought I had gotten a good price.
From the drive from the airport to the hotels, everything was very smooth. My trip was perfect. I am already thinking of utilizing his services for my Hajj trip Inshallah.
Super Service We went on Umrah package in June 2010 with 5 family members. Right from the beginning to the end, Mafaza Travel and Brother Walid provided excellent service. Getting the visa, flights, the accomodations, transportation, Ziyarat, everything was perfect to the letter and as promised. And what's more, at a great price. Our stay at Dar al Hijra Intercontinental in Madinah and Hilton Makkah Towers was extremely pleasant. We had private mini-vans for transportation, were given free sim cards for use and Al Doha Company staff was available at each point for help. We had such a pleasant experience, thanks to Brother Walid for providing such a nice service. May Allah bless him and the staff with the highest of His rewards for doing such a noble job.
Umrah June 2010 Salaam, this review is for Umrah, not Hajj. Brother Walid helped put together a budget Umrah package for me and my wife, and everything went perfectly and smoothly. We got out of the airport in Jeddah within an hour! Also, the support staff in Madinah and Makkah were extremely helpful, even when we wanted to make unexpected changes to our itinerary. I trust Mafaza and Walid, and will recommend them to friends.

Sincerity and Care Having performed Hajj/Umrah once before (Al Hamdu Lillah) you know the magnitude of the event and the complexities associated with ensuring the best coordination and execution possible. It is clearly not possible for one to do well as a new comer, and more likely not to be done well by one whose intention it is is to do it as a job.
It takes sincerity and care. Mafaza Tours demonstrated its sincerity and care long before the decision to travel was even made. Following such a decision, the level of involvement, concern for our well being, and ensuring we have a trip free from problems, only increased. This was really impressive. I have to admit, I am not the easiest of clients. I wanted to avoid the rash of issues that seemed to pop up so easily at any where or at any point we experienced in our previous trip (not through Mafaza), especially since I was traveling with my 2 year old daughter and expectant wife of 6 months..

Went for umrah and not hajj, but visited Arafah, Musdalifah and Mina. Made ratings on them due to experience from tour guide. It was a wonderful experience that was indeed fulfilling and pray that Allah provides for us(myself and wife) so that we can if possible do it every year.

BEST FARE This is was great really we had some one at Median airport who took us to the Hotel and vice verse.
From Jeddah Airport to Mekka we had two people waiting we waste no time ewe get there 1:00pm the special driver picked us up in 10 minutes and transferred to the SUV that was not even seen in the USA to Mekka me and my my son ONLY.
Thanks the Driver was from Africa we had conversation until we reached our Hotel in Mekka and he refused tip he said I was paid by the Dallah I can not do this and he was so nice.
From Mekka the same we had a nice fellow Sudanese who was very happy to see like us from USA just for Umra in less then 10 days instead going to Hollywood and more.
In Mekka we got lost on our way to the hotel because we took wrong street and it was after Isha . I ask Saudi national who was standing infront of his house I said to him could you please give us the direction Mekaarim Hotel he said when did you arrive here I said few hours ago OK that is why you lost.
He said first of all I welcome you here in Mekka and my house please just come in and have a cold drink because he saw my son young he knew we needed.
Then in his house we had Camel Meal and Camel Milk and a rice because he said his nephew had a wedding in town. This is made us love this place and I hope I Will my daughters next year.
But with your help I can not summarize the trip pleas make Dua to the rest of the Muslims in the USA
They have the money but not heart they spend different .
